SHIPPING & Returns
DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
FunLuvin’ Fleecewear typically ships orders within 48 hours of purchase. We ship USPS and orders usually arrive between 3-5 business days. Currently we do not ship internationally from our website.
If you are interested in International shipping, reach out to Kelli at info@funluvinfleeceewear.com and we can make arrangements to ship FunLuvin’ Fleecewear your way. Buyer must pay for added shipping costs.
Returns and Exchanges: FunLuvin’ Fleecewear is happy to issue refunds for brand new, unwashed/unworn garments. All returns must take place within 30 days of original purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, we are happy to do so! The buyer must cover the cost to ship garments back to FunLuvin.
All Sale Items are Final. FunLuvin’ will not issue refunds for sale items.
To start the return or exchange process, please shoot Kelli an email at info@funluvinfleecewear.com.
Please include Return/Exchange and the Order Number in the subject line. Also, be sure to include a personal note indicating why you need to exchange/refund the item, and how you would like to proceed forwar.

*Please note that this is a different address than what is used on our shipping labels. If you use the address on our shipping labels, it will get returned to you!
Once we have received your garment(s), we will inspect the item(s) to verify quality and that the garments have not been worn. We will then be in touch with you about the best way to issue a refund or exchange.
Ideally we will just issue a refund through our credit card systems, but sometimes Venmo or Paypal work just as well.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
FunLuvin’ Fleecewear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your FunLuvin’ Order is lost, stolen, or missing, we will do our best to help you locate your Fleece Goodies. We will do what we can on our end to locate your package, but it never hurts to check in with your local post office branch.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. You can file a claim through your local post office or online using the given USPS Tracking Number.
